The VERY LARGE MASTER is 600 sq. feet with a private bathroom, shower and tub, and has 2 KING beds.
The Coral Room, about the size of an average master has a king with private bath, shower and tub.
The Ocean Room has a king and private bathroom with tub and shower.
The Turtle Room has a king with private bathroom with shower.
The Gatsby Room has a king with bathroom and shared shower.
The Mango Tree Cottage had a large living room, a full kitchen, 2 larger bedrooms with kings, and 2 private bathroom with showers.

The Mermaid's Cottage is very modern with a small living area and small full kitchen, very large bedroom with king and a bathroom with shower.

Your friends, family and colleagues can make this your meeting place for your time in the Key West and the Florida Keys. On your own secluded and secure gated Island, only 10 minutes to the downtown area, you can enjoy the refreshing trade winds while you meet with your group. The properties boasts some 25 rooms to host your activities, whether formal meetings or just a simple game of teambuilding Volleyball and then a swim in either the salt water pool or fresh water pool, you will enjoy the best the Florida Keys has to offer.
